What is Mustang?
Mustang is an Access add-in that builds complete, fully functional applications — forms, queries, menus and reports — from existing .mdb’s “while you wait”. Mustang does not affect the original mdb. Mustang can cut database development time by half. It is a serious tool for professional database application developers. The current releases work with Access 97, 2000 and XP.

What Developers Say About Mustang
  • “I’m very good at Access and VB, and I type very fast! Combine that with Mustang and the result was an awesome demonstration that left packages like Clarion and Magic in the dust ! ( Also no run-time license.)” - Alan Hemmings, Chairman, Microsoft Developers Group, Eastern Cape, South Africa
  • “In my opinion the application as it had been built by MiA was 95% perfect and I have to admit I was very impressed with the result.” - Eddie G. Mason (Southampton, UK)
  • “Thank you for the opportunity to experience a really professional and understandable system in this opaque windows world.” - Laida Fisher (Johannesburg, South Africa)
  • “MiA as it is right now will save me hundreds of hours, and I certainly would not be confident about this project without it.” - Peter Lenz (Perth, Australia)
  • “The resulting code.mdb MiA produced would have been useful during the prototyping stage of the projects. I particularly liked the quality of the documentation.” - Pat Fuller (Norwich, UK)
  • “I must add that the more I use Mustang, and the more I re-read the manual the more I enjoy this program. So maybe we should coin the phrase RRTFM ;-)” - Donn Edwards (Johannesburg, South Africa)
  • “There is absolutely no way this project would be going live as of Feb 1 without MiA. It has 29 tables, 65 queries, 99 forms, and over 100 reports. The client has added a couple of tables in the last week, and I’m not sweating it. By comparison, the VB app I did last year had just 8 tables. It took twice as long, involved a lot more hair-pulling, gave much grief when the spec changed, and doesn’t offer the user nearly as much functionality.” - David Landy (Johannesburg, South Africa)
