Recorder is a project, time management and billing system for professional and consulting organisations. It allows accurate budgeting, forcasting and recording of timesheet and disbursement records. Proforma invoices are created that may be updated and authorised prior to the printing of final invoices.

This package can easily be extended to handle a variety of customised timesheet applications, such as labour broking, civil and consulting engineers.

Sampler

Sampler is an open-ended question survey system. It records, allows for the instant analysis of answers and presentation of the results. This is an outline of a system which by the nature of each survey has to be adapted to each requirement. However it is very easy requiring very little effort to adapt it to your requirements.

Examiner

This is the basis for an examination, marking, student registration, course allocation, multi-currency pricing and payments system for colleges, training institutes and examining bodies.

Multileveler

This system is a collection of capabilities that form the basis for handling businesses with complex multilevel sales and marketing structures and the associated commission, invoicing, debtor and sales reporting and automated email contact.

This also has a basis for systems that require the handling of complex parts and or component sales where there are complex levels required for queries and sales reporting.
